We live on the farm and are available for check in and check out as well as to provide any help or information that you need during your stay.

Your Responsibilities

 

  • We the owners will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, loss or damage to persons, vehicles, accessories or contents however caused. Any accident, loss or damage to persons or objects however caused is at the persons own risk.

 

  • We the owners have a right to refuse entry if they have cause of concern regarding the welfare of others.

 

  • All vehicles must conform to the Road Traffic Act and have current tax, MOT and insurance.

BOOKINGS

Deposit

Please note a 50% deposit will be charged when booking your stay.

Booking A Pod

Bookings can be made by phone, email or in writing. A contract exists once we have confirmed your booking with you.

Payment

The balance must be paid in full 28 days prior to your arrival. If you do not complete the payment process or your payment fails, then your booking will be void.

Paying by Card

Unfortunately we do not take payments by card over the phone.

Cancellations

Cancelling your Booking

You can cancel free of charge until 42 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 70% of the total price if they cancel in the 42 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. This will help us make the space available to others who may wish to book.

Refunds

Any cancellations made after 42 days will have 30% of the total cost refunded!

No refunds will be issued if you cancel your booking after 14 days of your booked arrival date.

Alternative Dates

Any cancellations made after 14 days prior to your stay that are due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try and offer you alternative dates if available.

Forced Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation by us, we will refund any money that has been paid in full.

ARRIVALS

Arrival Information

You can arrive between 3pm & 8pm, if you are going to be later you will need to arrange this with us, no arrivals later than 10pm.

Checking Out

Departure on last day – strictly by 11am.

On Arrival a £10 Key deposit is required

You will receive this back once the key is handed back to us and the pods are left clean & tidy with all rubish put in the bins provided. Thank you.

DOGS

We only accept well behaved dogs

Please inform us at the time of booking. Please note, dogs are not permitted inside the pods and must be kept on leads at all times. A tariff applies for pooch guests. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pets, Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time! The dog owner will be liable for any injury or death to our livestock caused by the owners dog.

There is an area just outside the farm gates where you can walk your dogs off the lead.

We charge £4 a day per dog, minimum of two dogs per booking.

Dog owners will be made responsible for any damage to the property or livestock of Bwlcheinion Sea View Glamping and Farm.

Bwlcheinion Farm safety

 

Please ensure your children do not use the farm buildings as play areas, and do not play on any farm machinery. Farm buildings are not near the pods.

 

Noise

 

We are a Low Noise Policy Site. Please consider other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially after our 11pm. Thankyou.
